Hi, Let me begin by giving you an overview of Prolactinoma such that it is easy for you to understand. A ‘prolactinoma’ is a tumor of the pituitary gland that produces prolactin. It is a Benign tumor, (and not a brain tumor or cancer) and it grows very slowly (sometimes with no growth at all).
